Force FAQ

  • Can I get a replacement copy of the print issue I missed?

If you’re a print subscriber and one of your issues doesn’t make it to your mailbox, for whatever reason, get in touch with us by sending a direct message through Patreon and we’ll troubleshoot with you!

  • How can I subscribe to the magazine?

Nintendo Force Magazine subscriptions are handled entirely through our Patreon page, Patreon.com/NintendoForce! Visit that page, click “Become a Patron” and then pick the type of subscription you’d like to receive, whether Print, Digital, or a Combo of both!

  • How do I change my address?

Once you’re set up as a Patron supporting The Nintendo Force, you can log in to your Patreon account at any time and change your address whenever you need to. Just click on Settings in the Patreon menu, then Account, then scroll down a bit to find where your shipping address is. Finally, click Edit on that address if it's out of date and update it with your current whereabouts.

  • But I still need a copy of earlier issues!

Many of our back issues are still in stock through our website store! Click here to jump to the store and browse our available wares!

  • I subscribed, but I never got my issue in the mail! What’s the deal?

Print issues can take several weeks to be delivered beyond the digital version’s release date – we recommend opting for a Combo Bundle of both print and digital issues! That way you’ll get access to the content immediately and won’t be stuck waiting by the mailbox, getting all frustrated and angry. Physical products take time to be produced and delivered. It’s part of why Nintendo Power closed down! We’re offering printed versions of our issues to keep the legacy going, but if you’re jumping on board with us then you’ve got to have some patience and understanding! Print takes time, and the postal service isn’t the greatest. As an official disclaimer, NF Publishing, LLC isn’t responsible for delays in delivery or damage to print issues sustained in the course of delivery.

We aren’t the postal service! We create the content of the magazines and send the pages to a separate publishing company to be printed and shipped to you, and the postal service takes charge of getting them to your mailbox. If something goes haywire along the way, we’ll try to work with you to make it right – just send a direct message through Patreon to The Nintendo Force and let us know what’s up. Just be cool about it when you get in touch, will you? We’ll work with you to get any problem you have sorted out!

  • I subscribed to the digital version, but I never got my issue in my email! What’s the deal with that?

The digital version of the magazine is handled similarly to the print edition in the sense that it’s sent out in shipments. On the day of each new issue’s release, an email containing a link to download the issue’s digital PDF file is sent to all of our digital subscribers. You need to make sure that the email address we have on record for you is valid and able to receive these deliveries – just like a printed magazine can’t be delivered to a house that doesn’t exist, a digital magazine can’t be emailed to an incorrect email address. Some Internet service providers like Comcast also don’t play nice with file-delivery emails, so if your email address ends in “@comcast.net” you may need to provide us with a different email address to use in getting your magazines to you – we go by whichever email account you have connected to your Patreon account.

The emailed download links are active for only a limited time, so don’t leave them unused for more than two weeks – you wouldn’t leave a print magazine just sitting there in your physical mailbox, after all. And if you buy a digital bundle after the current issue’s initial email shipment has already gone out, or if you choose a bundle that includes any back issues beyond the current issue, a download will automatically trigger when you complete your purchase in The NF Store. If something goes wrong there, let us know and we’ll make it right for you.
